Jannell Stairs, Resort Manager
Jannell is a native to the Sunshine State. Born and raised in central Florida. Jannell is a licensed Community Association Manager with over 20 years of customer service experience, ranging from retail to hospitality. Jay first joined the Zeman Family 7 years ago, starting in the mobile home division and moving over to the RV side. Jay’s interests include traveling, anything automotive related, entertaining friends and family, and being a foodie.
Tessa Hanafi, Guest Services
Tessa is a Florida native, born and raised near downtown Orlando. Tessa has over 15 years of experience in customer service and is a Florida State Notary. She transplanted to the Mims/Titusville area after joining the Zeman family in May 2021. Tessa likes to spend time with her family, making others laugh, gardening, writing, and reading.
Maria Valle, Guest Services
Maria, a native of Florida who grew up in Kissimmee, joined Seasons in the Sun in 2023. With over 14 years of customer service experience, she is known for being friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile for everyone. In her free time, Maria enjoys visiting the beach, attending rock concerts, reading, and cooking.
Amber Larsen, Guest Experience
Amber is a central Florida native. She has over 20 years of customer service experience and 5 years of experience in event planning. Amber joined the Seasons in the Sun team in April 2023. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, friends and family. Amber’s interests include traveling, geocaching, the beach, music and art. Amber’s favorite quote is “Live life with love, smiles and laughter”.
John Walls, Maintenance Tech
John grew up in Arkansas and transplanted to Florida in 2009. He has been married for 27 years and has 4 wonderful sons. He joined the Seasons in the Sun team in 2019. John is an avid food lover and country music lover. During his time off he enjoys spending time with his family and playing games.
William Moore, Maintenance Tech
Doug, a native of Brevard County, joined Seasons in the Sun in 2021 as a maintenance worker. Known for his friendly demeanor, quick wit, and reliability, he’s a favorite among both guests and coworkers. Outside of work, Doug enjoys fishing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
