General Questions

Yes. RVs must be a minimum of 22 feet in length and 10 years old or newer. Tents, pop-up
campers, truck campers, and unconventional or modified RVs are not permitted within the
resort.

The resort also does not permit RVs or trailers displaying promotional or political affiliations,
including wraps, flags, or signs. All RVs and sites must be kept in good condition and
maintained to resort standards.

Yes! Our pools are heated to 86 degrees for your comfort.

Yes, we are a gated resort.

No, we do not have a store on the property.

Yes, mail and package services are offered for guests.

Yes, grandchildren are welcome to visit.

Golf carts are permitted within the resort. However, off-road vehicles, ATVs, side-by-sides,
farm-related vehicles, and construction-related vehicles are prohibited.

The clubhouse and its amenities—including the kitchen, pool, patio, picnic area, fire pits, and
grills—are shared spaces open to all guests and are not available for exclusive use. Individual
gatherings must be coordinated through the Resort Office.

Site Questions

All sites are BACK-IN ONLY.

No, fences of any kind are not permitted on sites.

Yes, fire pits are permitted as long as they follow Brevard County regulations. Fire pits must be
in a container and off the ground, no larger than 3ft by 2ft, at least 10 feet from any structure,
not placed under any covering, and have a readily available water source nearby. Resort fire
pits are also available near the sports courts, the Elite section, and the Clubhouse.

No. Watercraft, watercraft trailers, flat tow trailers, stackable trailers, car dollies, and enclosed
cargo trailers are not permitted on sites. Storage is available for an additional fee.

Annual guests are permitted to add items to their sites, such as sheds and decks. Decks may
not exceed 12×12. Sheds must be no larger than 6×8, made of a Rubbermaid-style material,
and placed at the rear or awning side of the RV without interfering with mowing.


Seasonal and transient guests may have one deck box per site for storage, no larger than 5×3
and made of a Rubbermaid-style material.


Guests may also have one gazebo, canopy, or screen room no larger than 12×12. Structures
must be neutral in color, properly anchored, fully contained on the hard surface, and removed
before departure. No tents permitted.


All site modifications must be approved by management before being placed on the site.

Annual and seasonal guests are allotted one RV wash per year. Mobile wash vendors must be
self-contained; otherwise, a $20 water connection fee will apply. Washing of personal vehicles is
prohibited.
● Exteriors must be kept clean at all times, with no unsightly window coverings.
